We slept well with the family in Lat Krabang.

Today we want to visit Pia's brother Titnoi, Titnoi lives as a novice in one of the local temples, Wat Soong. We also want to prepare the coming days, we are going to an old friend of Pia in Udon Thani.

Tom searches the internet for hotels to stay overnight. Udon Thani can be done in one day by car, but we want to do it two days and spend the night in Nakhon Ratchasima. Tom finds a hotel with reasonable reviews opposite a large shopping center, the City Park Hotel, and books for Thb 950 a room for one night.
We cannot and do not want to spend the night with the friend in Udon Thani, she has been in a hospital for a month and we do not want to burden her and her husband with any care for us. But finding a hotel in Udon is difficult, there are plenty of hotels, but we also look for somewhere to eat nearby, and it doesn't have to be 5-star. We choose Banbua Grand Udon, also near a large shopping center, which we book for 2 nights, Thb 2900.
We don't know yet what we will do next, via Mukdahan to Ubon Ratchathani, or to Chaiyaphum, or....

Pia is mainly concerned with creating order in Moue's chaotic kitchen. She throws away devices that don't work or that have a years-old layer of dust on them. We put the devices in the trash, who knows, maybe someone will take them away. Half an hour later they are gone, they are now in the garden, why??

In the afternoon we go to Titnoi, Tom has the feeling that conversations with him become more difficult as time goes on. Logical if you only have contact once a year.
